Lemon is a refreshing, uplifting oil and a good antiseptic. It is well known for it's use for banishing warts and verrucae, it is also good for corns. It is good mixed with rosemary for sluggishness (please do not use this combination if you have high blood pressure or any heart conditions).
A refreshing and uplifting oil is is naturally cleansing a popular oil to incorporate into household cleaning.
It is very uplifting and helps to clear the mind and promote clear thinking, good mixed with rosemary in this instance.
Blends well with Lavender, Rose, Sandalwood, Benzoin, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Fennel, Juniper & Neroli.
Method of Use:
Massage: Mix up to 2 drops in total with other essential oils for massage, Making the blend a total of 6 drops diluted into a carrier oil of your choice. In all cases, less is more.
Diffuser/oil burner: 4-5 drops in TOTAL with other essential oils.
Bath: Can be mixed with other essential oils, never exceed MORE than 6 drops in total for the oil blend. Add the oils to an egg cup of full fat milk to disperse in the bath water.
