How do I return an unwanted item?

If you change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges and return postage fees are non-refundable).
Items must, however, be in a resalable condition i.e in the case of clothing, unworn with labels still attached and where possible with original packaging.
Your return must include your order number, name and telephone number. Please contact us via phone 01765 278100 or email us at info@karmaripon.co.uk. We advise you sending your return via a tracked service as Karma will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. If there is an issue, you can reach us at info@karmaripon.co.uk

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged products or your cancellation rights. If the item you have bought is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please see 'I have received a faulty or incorrect item'. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt of item of your intention to return and then have a further 14 days for the item to be returned to us as per your consumer rights
