Marjoram Essential Oil can ease aches and pains after a gym session and sports activities or a hard day in the garden.
It's also a handy oil to add to a carrier oil for a massage that eases period pains. Use as a hot compress with clary sage on the abdomen for best results.
Marjoram is thought to promote deep mental and physical relaxation so is great to use last thing at night so it can do its work as you sleep.
A steam inhalation made with Marjoram can help to quickly clear the chest and ease any breathing difficulties.
Blends well with lavender, cypress, cedarwood, chamomile, bergamot, eucalyptus and tea tree.
Method of Use:
Massage: Mix up to 2 drops in total with other essential oils for massage, Making the blend a total of 6 drops diluted into a carrier oil of your choice. In all cases, less is more.
Diffuser/oil burner: 4-5 drops in TOTAL with other essential oils.
Bath: Can be mixed with other essential oils, never exceed MORE than 6 drops in total for the oil blend. Add the oils to an egg cup of full fat milk to disperse in the bath water.
