Lemongrass Essential Oil must be well diluted before application to the skin as it can be an irritant.
A popular oil for those who love being active; it may be useful both in energising you before exercise and being added to a muscle rub to soothe the muscles post workout.
(I had a client in her 90's who swore by a diluted blend of lemongrass in sweet almond oil for arthritis, particularly in her hands. Liz x)
NB: I would no recommend using if you suffer with high blood pressure or anxiety as it can cause palpitations, May Chang is a good substitute.
