A popular choice of oil used in massage to help soothe sore muscles; often found in sport blends due to its reviving scent. Pine oil is also a good choice of oil to have in the burner if you're suffering from a cold or if you want to clear the air.
Its beautifully refreshing, and uplifting scent and when vaporised can create the outside in! The uses of Pine are rooted within folk lore history; it is believed that Pine needles have been used for centuries in Europe to help treat various muscular and breathing conditions.
Method of Use:
Massage: Mix up to 2 drops in total with other essential oils for massage, Making the blend a total of 6 drops diluted into a carrier oil of your choice. In all cases, less is more.
Diffuser/oil burner: 4-5 drops in TOTAL with other essential oils.
Bath: Can be mixed with other essential oils, never exceed MORE than 6 drops in total for the oil blend. Add the oils to an egg cup of full fat milk to disperse in the bath water.
